1. Queries or complaints affecting any aspect of a RLUS course should in the first instance be addressed to the RLUS representative, who will liaise as appropriate with the host institution or organisation.
2. If the query or complaint cannot be adequately resolved within a reasonable period of time by this means, the student should refer the query or complaint to the RLUS Operations Consultant.
3. Should the above steps fail to resolve the query or complaint within a reasonable period of time, the student should contact his/her departmental Liaison Officer in the home university/college to request him/her to take the matter up with the RLUS Operations Consultant.
4. No complaints will be accepted on return from Russia, unless the above procedure has been followed while the student is on placement in Russia.
